Ape G.G. is an Indianapolis creative native, who grew up in the Crown Hill section of
Indianapolis on Kenwood avenue. Ape G.G. graduated from Broad Ripple High School in 2012
and Indiana University of Bloomington in 2016. “Being from the middle of the city I have
always felt I had a centered view of our city culture, the good the bad and the ugly. Ape G.G.
started his music journey in 2017 with the goal of having fun making more introspective
meaningful music than what was being offered.
